You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

02Exchanges are free

Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are always free — we cover the return shipping and send your replacement as soon as your piece is on its way back to us.

03Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned piece. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

04Heritage pieces

Because our Exclusive Heritage drops are hand-printed in limited small batches, they are eligible for exchange or store credit only — unless the piece arrives damaged or defective, in which case we will always make it right.

05How to start

Email us at hello@pastal.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, and we will arrange the pickup or share the return label within 24 hours.

01Processing time

Every order is prepared with care in 1–2 business days. Heritage pieces may take an extra day, as each hand-printed garment is inspected individually before dispatch.

02Standard delivery

4–7 business days, $8 flat — free on all orders over $200. Available across India, Singapore, and most international destinations.

03Express delivery

1–2 business days, $18 flat. Available for select pin codes in India and metro Singapore at checkout.

04Tracking

A tracking link is emailed and sent to your WhatsApp the moment your order ships, so you can follow your pieces door to door.

05Duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by destination country.

01The small-batch promise

Heritage drops are produced in strictly limited runs. Once a batch sells out, the same print and colourway may never return. Placing an order reserves your piece from the batch.

02Hand-crafted variation

Our heritage pieces are hand-printed by artisans. Slight variations in print placement, tone, and texture are natural marks of the craft — not defects — and make every piece one of a kind.

03Pricing & availability

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock discrepancies, with a full refund issued immediately.

04Intellectual property

All prints, motifs, photography, and content on this site are the property of PAŚTAL. The heritage artworks are original interpretations created with our artisan partners and may not be reproduced.

05Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
